NST/ Bowen Therapy

Neurostructural Integration Technique (NST) has been developed by a health practitioner 'Michael Nixon Livy' and is based upon the works of an Australian bodywork therapist and osteopath 'Tom Bowen' 1916-1982. Bowen's work amazed thousands of people as he seemed to cure the incurable.

Tom had a sign on the wall of his clinic which read:-

I expect to pass through this world but once,

any good thing therefore that I do,

or any kindness that I can show to any fellow-creature, let me do it now.

Let me not defer or neglect it, for I shall not pass this way again”

Luckily his work has continued and is becoming well know today by health practitioners including physiotherapists and chiropractors alike.

NST is basically a form of soft tissue osteopathic- style therapy designed to remove pain, physiological dysfunction and even psychological imbalances, by restoring the structural integrity of the body.

NST is considered by many to be the world’s leading technique in structural and spinal therapy for lasting pain removal and rejuvenation.

Many clients comment on how after a treatment they feel both energised and relaxed at the same time.

NST is a very gentle form of manipulation and it never ceases to amaze me how powerful this therapy is! After, in many cases just two sessions clients have fully recovered from long term problems including sciatica, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow and RSI.

Typically a treatment can last up to an hour.

NST can also be used to treat the following:-

. Sports Injuries

. Spinal conditions

. Cranial conditions

. Digestive disorders including IBS

. Back/ neck problems

. Arthritis

. Joint disorders

. Asthma

. Headaches

. Menstrual fertility problems

. Accident injuries

. Insomnia

. Acute and chronic fatigue

. Stress and emotional depression

. TMJ disorders

Can also help with neurological conditions such as Parkinsons and MS.

Price per Treatment £30
